Source files for the original eXtreme+ cinematic intro.

Applications used for original:
BluffTitler (animation; poweredby.bt)
Adobe Audition (sound)
SwitchBlade (final processing)

Instructions for creating your own cinematic intro using the above apps:

Get SwitchBlade 4 and unpack it somewhere.
I used SwitchBlade 4b1 (switchblade4b1.zip).

Create an AVI. 512 x 512. Save as uncompressed, 30 fps, high quality.
For simplicity sake call it poweredby.avi.
I used BluffTitler 7.6.5.

Make a soundclip of EXACTLY the same length as your video clip.
The powered-by video clip is 6 seconds, so is the sound clip. Trim or add
silence if necessary.
Save as WAV (22050Hz, 16-bit, Stereo, Windows PCM). Name doesn't matter.
For the sound I used Adobe Audition.

In explorer drag the AVI over sbcodebooks4.exe and drop it. Let it finish.

In explorer drag the AVI over sbvideo4.exe and drop it (I think I used the
default bits per second rate). Let it finish.
It will create a ROQ file from your AVI (it will add _video to the original
name, so it will be poweredby_video.roq).

In explorer drag the poweredby_video.roq file over sbmux4.exe and drop it.
It will prompt for the audio file. Select your WAV sound clip and press Open
(or double-click the WAV). It will prompt for the output file. Enter the name,
like poweredby.roq, and press Save.

You should now have a working cinematic intro.
Place it in the cliend side iwd. "video" folder. Overwrite existing file.
